The petitioner has already approached the authority for the purpose of regularization and for grant of permission. Under Section 53 (3A) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959, the petitioner has also got remedy before the Commissioner. In light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 2.

The status-quo as on today with regard to the petitioner' s building in question shall be maintained for a period of 7 days from today.
