By way of this application, the applicants seeks stay of the impugned award passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad dated 04/10/2016 in LAR No.350/2014. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that, in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, 75% of the amount of award is already deposited.
