ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of their balance amounts of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

Vide order dated 12th July 2021, this Court has already permitted these applicants to withdraw 75% of the total compensation amount i.e. 50% on undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety / security. However, it seems that Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 30th January 2017 in another connected matters had already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw entire deposited amount of compensation by setting aside the order of this Court.

In view of the same, the present applicants are permitted to withdraw their remaining respective balance amounts of 25% of the total compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date on furnishing solvent surety / security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
