Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicants. This application is moved to bring on record LR's of applicant No. 1A/appellant No. 1A. It is submitted that LR's of said applicant i.e. applicant Nos. 1-B to 1-D and 1-E.1 to 1-E.2 are already on record. Learned counsel for applicants submitted that applicant No. 1A died on 29/05/2019 and this application is moved on 05/06/2019 and therefore as this application is in time, the same may be allowed.

Considering the submissions made by the learned

( 2 ) ca15302.19 counsel appearing for the applicants and the fact that application is in time, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Necessary amendment be carried out to show LR's of applicant No. 1A in the cause title of the appeal. Application is accordingly disposed of.
