This petition has been filed for quashment of the decision of Open Prison Selection Committee thereby disqualifying the petitioner for sending in open prison. It has further been prayed that the petitioner be sent to open prison by allowing his proposal.

Learned A.P.P. places on record affidavit-in-reply of Superintendent of Aurangabad Central Prison. It is submitted by the learned A.P.P. that the case of the petitioner was presented before the Open Prison Selection Committee and he is at senior no.185. Therefore, now he can be accommodated in the open prison as per his turn. 1 / 2
