Heard. Since the grievance raised in the petition is referable to financial years 2004 to 2007, we do not propose to issue directions as requested by the petitioner in the instant petition, however, it would be open for the petitioner to tender appropriate representation to the Reserve Bank of India pointing out the violations committed by the Nationalized and other Banks. If the petitioner tenders a representation / complaint within a period of six weeks from today, the Reserve Bank of India may look into the representation / complaint, and may take appropriate measures in accordance with the provisions of law, as well as the policy formulated by the Reserve Bank of India, expeditiously. With the directions as above, the Public Interest Litigation (No.86/2015) stands disposed of.
