The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 on instructions submits that within a period of one month from today validation proceeding of the petitioner would be decided and the matter is kept for hearing on 24.07.2019. 2.

The petitioner shall attend the hearing on 24.07.2019 before the respondent No. 2/Committee.

The result of the petitioner's second semester of III year and both semesters of final/IVth year engineering course is withheld. The respondents may not withhold the result of the

2 wp 8452.19 petitioner's examination on the ground validation proceeding is pending. However, the respondents shall not issue degree certificate to the petitioner unless and until petitioner produces validity certificate.
