Civil Application No. 4866/2020 is filed for condonation of delay of 21 days caused in filing second appeal. Second Appeal is not objected by any party as parties have entered into compromise. In view of the same, delay of 21 days in filing second appeal is condoned. Application is allowed and disposed of.

Parties have entered into compromise and settlement is worked out. Parties were present in the Court on the last date i.e. on 11.7.2023 and the parties are directed to remain present before the Registrar (Judicial) for verification of the compromise terms. In pursuance thereto, the parties remained present before the Registrar (Judicial), who has verified the compromise terms. Registrar (Judicial) has submitted report to this Court. In view of the verification of the compromise terms by the Registrar (Judicial), the second appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise entered into between the parties. Other civil applications, if any, are also disposed of accordingly.
