Learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with further liberty to file an application for discharge before the concerned Court. He submits that, charge is not yet framed in the concerned Court. In the light of statement made by learned counsel appearing for the applicant that charge is not yet framed, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, we make it clear that, the liberty granted by us today will be available up to 31st August 2015 only.
