It appears that during pendency of criminal application No. 844 of 2021 charge sheet has been submitted. This application is filed for amendment in the prayer clause seeking quashing of the proceeding also.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, criminal application No. 1804 of 2021 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and disposed of accordingly.
