This is an application for cancellation of bail. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused/respondent No. 2 has violated clause (e) and (f) of the operative order in Criminal Bail Application No. 39/2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kopargaon, whereby the respondent No. 2 was granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the submissions liberty is granted to the applicant to take appropriate steps before the learned Sessions Court for securing cancellation of bail.
