The application filed by the petitioner is dated 11.06.2019. The endorsement also does not appear of the office on the said application. The petitioner is entitled to file application for rental compensation before the appropriate

2 wp 9640.19 authority and in case the application is not decided within a reasonable time, such as, one year, then the petitioner can approach this Court. We cannot encourage such writ petition.
