The applicant has filed this application for cancellation of bail granted by the learned Sessions Court for violation of conditions. The bail was granted by the learned Sessions Court. However, no appllication for cancellation was filed before the learned Sessions Court. Since the bail application has been decided by the learned Sessions Court, the remedy for cancellation of violation of condition is before the learned Sessions Court. Therefore, this application does not survive before this Court.

Hence, application for cancellation of bail stands dismissed with liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned Sessions Court for cancellation of bail on the ground of violation of bail conditions.
