Petitioner is possessing the tribe certificate, but it is not in the prescribed format, Form - C. By way of online application on 03 February 2024, he has requested the respondent/competent authority to issue him a certificate in prescribed format. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No. 2/competent authority to issue caste/tribe certificate to the petitioner in the prescribed format on his surrendering the original certificate within a period of two (02) weeks from today.
