The parties are unanimous that these appeals are also amongst those 600 appeals, in which, the Reference Court had granted enhancement slightly above four times. Present appeals can be dealt with in consonance with common order dated 25.07.2025 passed in identical matters. The copy of the same is tendered on record.
Civil Applications for Delay.

For the reasons stated in the civil applications, delay stand condoned, abatement is set aside. Civil applications for delay are allowed.

Learned counsel Mr. Bide waives service of notice for respondents/claimants.

Civil Applications for Stay 7.
As the entire amount with accrued interest under award has been deposited by the acquiring body in distinct appeals, ad-interim relief granted earlier shall stand confirmed. 8.
Civil Applications for stay are disposed of.
Civil Applications for Withdrawal 9.
I propose to adopt the same course and reasons recorded in my earlier order dated 25.07.2025 in permitting the claimants to receive entire amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking. Present appeals are from the group of 600 matters.

Civil applications for withdrawal are allowed partly by permitting the applicants to receive the amount deposited in this Court with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil Application No.8057 of 2025 (In FAST/12705/2024) 11.
It is informed that in First Appeal Stamp No.12705 of 2024, applicant Kalinda W/o Balkrushna Gaikwad passed away and her only heir is applicant No.2-2 Yogesh Balkrushna Gaikwad. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that Yogesh has secured succession certificate of his deceased father indicating that he is the only heir for his mother. Applicant No.2-2 Yogesh shall be treated as legal heir of the deceased applicant No.2-1. A formal amendment shall be carried out within a period of four (4) weeks.
