Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her proposal is not being decided by the respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee for validation of her tribe certificate. However, considering the fact that proposal was submitted on 24 May 2024, we dispose of the petition with a request to the Committee to expedite the petitioner's proposal for securing her career, particularly in the light of the fact that petitioner's brother was directed to be issued with a certificate of validity by the orders of this Court, as expeditiously as possible.
