Learned counsel for petitioner contends that since 2010 proposal/representation submitted by petitioner for permission to start secondary school is pending and not decided. He further points out that subsequently, there has been a change in the scheme of granting permission in respect of non english medium schools by deleting the word ''permanent''. Accordingly, he thinks that respondent-State should also consider deletion of word ''permanent'' for the purpose of proposal submitted by the petitioner.

In case proposal of the petitioner is pending and not decided, the same be decided as early as possible preferably

WP-443-14.doc within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. Petitioner may bring to the notice of state government subsequent developments pursuant to government resolution dated 04-08-2010.
