1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] The petitioner is not pressing any other relief except basic submission that the appeal, which is pending before the School Tribunal since 2010, be directed to be disposed of at the earliest.

3] Such pendency itself, in our view, must be causing injustice to the concerned. Therefore, in the interest
