The applicants are seeking direction to receive Rs. 1,20,235/- deposited by the respondent-Acquiring Body. A common order dated 25.07.2025 is placed on record. It is contended that it is one of the appeals from group of 600 appeals, which is referred in the earlier order. 2.

I have already taken a view and permitted the claimants to receive entire amount with accrued interest, I propose to follow the same reasoning recorded in common order dated 25.07.2025.

The Civil Application is allowed by permitting the applicants to receive the amount deposited in this Court with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
