By order dated 27th August, 2019 this Court had, with consent, quashed the F.I.R. No. 115 of 2018 registered with Killari Police Station, Tq. Ausa, Dist. Latur for the offences punishable under Section 354-A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicant and Respondent No.2 state that at the time of passing of the said order they were not aware that charge-sheet had been filed and therefore, inadvertently prayer for quashing of the chargesheet bearing R.C.C. No. 105 of 2019, pending on the file of J.M.F.C., Ausa, remained to be made.

Since the F.I.R. is already quashed with consent, R.C.C. No. 105 of 2019 arising from the said F.I.R. stands quashed. Criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
