This is an application for intervention filed by the applicants. It is the contention of applicants that they are willing to purchase the property. The appellants as well as respondents submitted that the parties to the dispute along with proposed applicants are settling the matter amongst themselves. For the purpose of filing a compromise petition, applicants who are the proposed purchasers are required to be impleaded in the present proceedings as intervenors.

Learned counsel for appellants and respondents submitted that they have no objection for joining the present applicants as intervenors in the Second Appeal, so as to file compromise petition. 4.

In view of above fact, application needs to be allowed. Hence the order :

ORDER

(I) The application stands allowed.

(II) Present Applicants are added as respondent nos.13 to 21 in Second Appeal No.405 of 2005.

(III) Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
