The petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee for validation of the tribe certificate. 3.

Though the petitioner is seeking to take admission in the NEET-UG-2024, the proposal was forwarded to the committee on 06.06.2024.

We dispose of the writ petition, requesting the Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks.

The Committee may consider granting of conditional validity in the light of the fact that the petitioner's uncle Shivaji Mallaji Gopulwad and his son Rushikesh in WP No.2741/2022 dated 17.07.2024 were 1/2

938.WP.7502.24.odt directed to be issue with a certificate of validity, subject to the ultimate decision in the matters of the validity holders when the committee had decided to reopen their matters. The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 22.07.2024.
