Pursuant to order dated 10th August, 2018, passed by this Court (Coram: P.R. Bora, J.), the In-charge Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Aurangabad has submitted the explanation / report dated 03-09-2018.

"In this regard of the subject this has to state and submit that the land of Gut No. 15 of Village Peerwadi Tq. Aurangabad has been wrongly mentioned as Gut No. 30 in the measurement Plan of M.R. 186/2017 of dated 7/4/2018. We are really sorry for our mistakes, cause it inconvenience to Honorable court. This mistake may please correct for further action and kindly be allowed this explanation and oblige." 2.

In view of explanation received, the map of the joint measurement needs to be corrected by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Aurangabad.

The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to return the map of Joint

2 940-CA-10314-18 measurement/survey to Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Aurangabad for carrying out necessary corrections with direction to return the same on or before 5th October, 2018. 4.

Learned counsel not press the relief claimed as clause "C" in the application.

In that view, civil application No. 10314 of 2018 stands disposed of in above terms.
