By this application, the applicant prays for an amendment by adding paragraph No.16-A. It is submitted that during the pendency of this application, the charge-sheet has been filed and while amending the main application, the applicant desires to place charge-sheet on record.

The learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.2 submits that as the charge-sheet has been filed, this Court may consider the same.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to carry out amendment by adding paragraph 16-A and prayer clauses C-1, F-1 and F-2 in Criminal Application No.1570 of 2020. The amendment shall be carried out within two weeks. The charge-sheet shall be placed on record with proper pagination in continuation.
