The learned AGP Shri Karlekar places on record the compilation of documents (35 pages) with an index dated 20.08.2021 with regard to the publishing of advertisement for
*2* 956pil47o21 recruitment on various posts. The said compilation is taken on record and marked as X-4 for identification.

Shri Karlekar submits that insofar as the departmental enquiry against the concerned Associate Professor Dr.Bhivapurkar is concerned, the draft charge-sheet is prepared and is being formalized by the competent authority. The statement to that extent would be made on the next date. 3.
Considering that an email has been sent by the petitioner-in-person dated 17.08.2021 seeking an adjournment as he would be out of station till 25.08.2021, we are listing this Public Interest Litigation on 02.09.2021 at 02:30 pm. 4.
Insofar as Civil Application No.8315/2021 is concerned, we have considered the submissions of the learned advocate representing the applicant, who seeks intervention in the PIL. He claims to be the president of Arogya Mitra Maharashtra. He has introduced himself in the application in paragraph 6 by stating that he arranges medical camps, he makes ambulance services available to the needy, he spreads awareness about covid-19 and he also works for the needy people by making medical facilities available. It is, therefore, submitted that he may be permitted to intervene in this PIL and this Court
*3* 956pil47o21 should issue orders for filling up vacant posts and provide funds to the Medical College and Hospital at Ambajogai. 5.
We find that the present applicant had lodged PIL No.81/2021 for the same purpose. By order dated 05.08.2021, the learned coordinate Bench of this Court observed that as the issue sought to be raised by this applicant is already being considered in the present PIL i.e. PIL No.47/2021 and the issue of vacancies in the medical faculty throughout the State of Maharashtra is being looked into and since it would only amount to another PIL when the issue is already taken care of in PIL No.47/2021, the said PIL No.81/2021 need not be entertained and thus, it was disposed off.

In view of the above, we find that this Civil Application need not be entertained as PIL No.47/2021 has progressed to quite a large extent and the State of Maharashtra has also published an advertisement for filling up vacancies in the medical faculty throughout the State of Maharashtra. 7.
