When this petition is called out for hearing, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 3 to 5, i.e., the authority pertaining to Zilla Parishad, Chh. Sambhajinagar, has tendered a communication dated 25.08.2025, stating that the petitioner will not be considered for transfer in round seven of transfers as per the Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024, for the reason that the said round pertains to transfer to vacancies in difficult area, but no vacancies are available in the difficult area.

Considering the said communication and the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 3 to 5, it is evident that the petitioner can no longer have any grievance in this year as his transfer is not contemplated.

Having recorded the statement of the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad, no further orders are necessary and the writ petition is disposed of as such.
