We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP. The grievance is about the non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 11.04.2019 in Writ Petition No.4595/2019. 2.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the tribe certificate could not be issued as directed because petitioner did not submit on-line application required for the said purpose. 3.

In fact, the respondent should have intimated the petitioner of this fact earlier only. More particular, when this Court had passed an order on 11.04.2019 and the petitioner gave the application in 1/2

1.cp.501.19.odt person to the S.D.O. and if the authority was of the opinion that the petitioner is required to file an application on-line for the said purpose, then ought to have sought modification of order dated 11.04.2019 to that effect. We certainly cannot approve of such an attitude of the respondent.
