The application is filed for serving notice to respondent Nos.5 and 6 through paper publication.

It appears that the notices to respondent Nos. 5 and 6 are returned unserved for the reason that they were not found residing on the said addresses. However, those addresses are the only last old addresses of respondent Nos. 5 and 6. As such, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' on necessary charges to be paid to the concerned newspapers directly.
