O R D E R

It is an appeal preferred by the appellant / ICICI Lambord Insurance Company, feeling aggrieved by the impugned judgment and award passed by the MACT, Dhule. This proceeding is placed before us in today's National Lok-Adalat.

The appellant/Insurance Company does not want to prosecute this appeal and intends to withdraw the same. The learned advocate for the appellant Mr. V. N. Upadhye, has placed on record authority letter given by the Insurance Company thereby giving authority to withdraw this appeal. Mr. V. P. Golewar, learned counsel holding for Mr. Amol Sawant, learned counsel, is present. He submits that original claimants No. 1 to 5 / respondents No. 1 to 5 have no objection to withdraw this appeal. Hence, appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. 3.
The appellant/Insurance Company has deposited the amount in this Court. In view of withdrawal of appeal, the Registry is directed to transfer the amount to the MACT, Dhule. In turn, the MACT, Dhule shall
2 PB-205-FA-2216-13 disburse the amount to original claimants.

The court fee refund certificate be issued to the appellant/Insurance company as per rules.
5.
The Chairman/Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Dhule be informed accordingly.
