Learned counsel for the acquiring body submits that the acquiring body has already submitted the chart in the Nazarat of this Court specifying the amount to be paid to the claimants individually in all the First Appeals disposed off by this Court (Coram : P. R. Bora, J.) by the common judgment and order dated 10.01.2019.

I have carefully perused the common judgment and order passed on 10.01.2019. It appears that in terms of the modification as directed, the amount as specified with regard to the interest under Section 28 of the Land Acquisition Act is required to be reduced and the remaining amount shall be paid to the applicants/original claimants. In view of the same, the amount shall be paid to the applicants/claimants in terms of the modified order as per the common judgment and order dated 10.01.2019 read with the chart submitted by the acquiring body in the Nazarat of this Court.
