The appellant and respondent No. 1 are present with their respective Advocate and submits that the parties have settled the dispute. Consent terms filed taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The report of verification and identification of the parties submitted by Registrar [Judicial] is taken on record and marked as 'Y' for identification.

2.

The parties present in person admit their respective signature and further confirmed the terms of settlement to be recorded truly and correctly as per the settlement reached between the parties. It appears that the settlement reached between the parties to be voluntary and in their interest. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the parties to compromise the matter. Accordingly, the following order is passed.

ORDER

[i] The Appeal is disposed of in terms of consent terms filed and marked as 'X' for identification. [ii] The Court fees, if any, to be refundable the same be refunded to the extent admissible under relevant rules.

[iii] The Appeal disposed of as withdrawn against the respondent No. 2.

[iv] Modified Award be drawn in terms of compromise pursis filed as 'X' for identification. 3.

Civil Application/s, if any, pending stand disposed of in terms of Order as to disposal of Appeal. [V.L.ACHLIYA] JUDGE KNP
