The present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 75 days and recalling of the order passed by this Court 20.03.2025 in criminal application No.4569 of 2024. 2.

Heard learned advocate for the applicants and learned A.P.P. for respondent No.1. Since in the original matter also, no notice was issued to respondent No.2, there is no necessity to issue notice now. The reasons those have been stated are not appealing. Leaned advocate for the applicants had not remained present on two occasions i.e. on 17.03.2025 and 20.03.2025. Therefore, due to absence, the said application was dismissed in default. Now the clients should not suffer for the faults of the advocate and therefore,

cran2474.25 -2we recall the said order dated 20.3.2025 in criminal application No. 4569 of 2024 by condoning the delay of 75 days subject to deposit of costs of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand) to the High Court Legal Services Authority by the advocate from his own pocket, within a period of one week from today.

After the cost amount is deposited, criminal application No. 4569 of 2024 be restored.
