There shall be ad-interim stay to the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.231/2020 dated 06.07.2023 subject to condition that applicant deposits entire amount of Award with Registry of this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today.

It is made clear that in case of non-deposits of amount within stipulated period, interim stay shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court.
