Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent heard both sides for final disposal.

It appears that proposal for giving approval in respect of appointment of petitioner was submitted by respondent - management to the Deputy Director of Education, Latur Division. The Deputy Director asked the institution to remove the deficiencies by letter dated 28th December, 2012. It is the grievance of the petitioner that management has not removed the deficiencies and due to that the Deputy Director has not given decision on the proposal given for approval. It is surprising that the management has not taken steps for removal of the deficiencies specifically mentioned in the correspondence dated 28th December, 2012. 3.

This Court is hereby directing the management to remove the 2 / 3

deficiencies within one month from today. The Deputy Director is to take decision on the proposal made within two months thereafter. 4.

In the result, petition is allowed. Rule made absolute in those terms.
