Having heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant for sometime, it is noted that the order dated 19th July, 2003, passed by the learned I/c Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, is questioned herein, awarding maintenance of Rs. 400/- p.m. and Rs. 200/- p.m. to respondent Nos. 1 & 2 respectively. The marriage in question is not in dispute.

Having regard to the order of maintenance, passed in the year 2003, after a period of 13 years, in my opinion, no interference is called for in the order impugned.
