Alongwith the main proceeding i.e. Criminal Application No.3512 of 2019, one application No.2019 of 2020 is fled. In this application, some record is produced and contention is made that in FIR No.456 of 2019, 'B' Summary is fled and is pending before the concerned Magistrate. Main proceeding is fled for quashment of the same FIR.

In view of above, nothing remains in the main matter. If 'B' Summary is not accepted by the Magistrate, it will be open for the accused to come to this Court again.

In view of above circumstances, main matter i.e. Criminal Application No.3512 of 2019 is disposed of. Application No.2019 of 2020 is also disposed of.
