By an order dated 23rd August, 2017, passed in Writ Petition No.10393 of 2017 and Writ Petition No.10417 of 2017, the Division Bench of this Court had directed the respondents to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner.

On a grievance of non-compliance of the order of this Court, notice was issued by this Court to respondent Nos.2 and 3. On instructions, it was submitted before this Court that the order of this Court is duly complied with and the time was sought for filing affidavit-in-reply.

Today, Mr Sonpawale, learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader invited our attention to the affidavit-in-reply and particularly the copy of the order dated 1st October, 2019, passed by the Director of Education (Primary), Maharashtra State, Pune. In view of this order, it can safely be stated that the direction of this Court is duly complied with and the grievance of the petitioners no more survives. In case the petitioners are having any grievance against the order dated 1st October, 2019, they are at liberty to take appropriate steps to challenge the said order before the competent forum.
