Issue notice to the respondents. Learned Addl. G. P. waives service for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Petitioner's proposal is awaiting adjudication by the respondent No. 2/Committee since 20 September 2023 for validation of tribe certificate.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has seured admission in JEE advance 2024. He has even been allotted a college and he has to finalize the admission and produce original documents latest by 23 July 2024. He submits that petitioner is ready to appear before the Committee and if he is served with a report to file a reply within a day or

We dispose of the petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the Committee tomorrow i. e. 19.07.2024. If the report is ready, he shall be served with it immediately in a day or two. He shall file reply to the report in a day. Thereafter, the Committee shall decide the proposal expeditiously and in any case by 22 July 2024.
