Mr. Golegaonkar, the learned Counsel submits that the petitioner has been allotted seat by JOSAA. The time is extended up to 17.11.2020 for submitting the validity certificate. The committee be directed to decide the proceeding by 17.11.2020.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for the respondents.

The petitioner has filed the proposal for verification of tribe certificate on 21.10.2020.

If it is possible for the committee, then the committee may endeavour to decide the proposal of the petitioner for verification of the tribe claim by 17.11.2020. The petitioner may appear before the committee on 07.11.2020.
