Both these applications are for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.0151/2021, registered at Murum Police Station, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard. Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and related papers.

All the co-accused have been granted bail. The present applicants have been in jail for about two months. They are alleged to have assaulted the victim with fist and kicks. The one who has assaulted the victim with a sharp weapon, caused grievous injury, has been granted bail. It appears that the investigation is almost complete. The Court is therefore inclined to grant the applications. Hence, following order.

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Applications are allowed.

(ii)The applicants be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0151/2021, registered at Murum Police Station, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, on their executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with surety bond each of the like amount.

(iii)The applicants shall attend the concerned police station once a week i.e. on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon for the next six months.
