The applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shrigonda and sentenced to suffer S.I. for three months and to pay fine of Rs.500/- in default to suffer S.I. for one month by order dated 23.6.2008 and said order of conviction came to be confirmed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar and accordingly Criminal Appeal No.100/2008 came to be dismissed by the order dated 11.3.2016. The applicant is in jail since 11.7.2016.

Since the matter is now amicably settled between the parties and respondent no.1 is seeking time to place on

Cri Appln 3901.2016.odt record compromise terms, the substantive sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shrigonda by order dated 23.6.2008 and confirmed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar in Criminal Appeal No.100/2008 stands suspended and the applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing P.B. of Rs.5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand) with one surety of the like amount, till the disposal of the Criminal Revision Application. 4.

Bail before Trial court.
