The applicants have already been permitted to withdraw the amount in deposit pursuant to the order dated 29.07.2016 passed in Civil Application No.4014 of 2016. Since there were some mistakes in the names of the applicants, they could not withdraw the amount. The mistakes in their names have now been corrected. The amount, therefore, be paid in terms of the order dated 29.07.2016 passed in Civil Application no. 4014 of 2016.

Applicant Nos. 1-C to 1-I have sworn in affidavit before the Superintendent of Civil Court, Jalgaon, consenting for payment of the amount in the name of applicant No.1-B - Rekha Dnyaneshwar Janjal, mother of applicant Nos. 1-C, 1-D, 1-E, 1-F and sister-in-law of applicant Nos.1-G, 1-H and 1-I. In view of the same, the amount be paid to the applicant No.1-B Rekha Dnyaneshwar Janjal. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of.
