After hearing learned counsel for both sides for some time and this Court has expressed view that these petitions would not be maintainable in view of the fact that revision is provided against the impugned order, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the petitions with liberty to file Revision Application. 937.wp7732.24.odt

Hence, petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

In case any such revision is filed the Revisional Authority to decide the same in accordance with law.

At this stage learned counsel for petitioner No.1 in Writ Petition No. 7732/2024 seeks withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court. Learned counsel for the respondents seeks transfer of the said amount to the Revisional Authority.

Revision is not yet filed. Petitions are dismissed. The deposit was directed to be made while granting interim relief.
