The FIR reveals that mere allegations of assaulting with kicks and fist blows have been levelled against the applicants. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicants. The prosecution has no material to satisfy the Court that the custodial interrogation of the applicants would serve the purpose. Hence, the following order :

I) The application is allowed.
