These Civil Applications are preferred by the applicant/appellant to bring on record legal heirs of respondent no.1 Ahilaji Gangaram Kadam who expired on 15th August 2020. In support of averments in the application, death certificate of respondent no.1 is filed on record. It is evident from the death certificate that respondent no.1 expired on 15th August 2020. The Civil Applications are tendered on 2.11.2020. They are within limitation.
