Heard. The learned A.G.P. for the state present, however, none appears for respondent nos. 1 and 2, though duly served.

The learned A.G.P. submits that due to administrative difficulty the appeal could not be preferred within limitation and therefore the delay has occurred. In view of the above submission and for the reasons stated in the civil application, delay of 718 days caused in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application is allowed and accordingly disposed of.
