Mr.Golegaonkar, learned advocate submits that the petitioner is selected in the selection process of allotment of LPG dealership. According to the learned advocate, validation proceeding is pending. The vigilance is also completed.

2] The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. 3] Considering the fact that vigilance is completed, the committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner by 5/8/2019. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 23/7/2019.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
