The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased applicant No.1 Faiyaaz Ahmed Hakim, who admittedly died on 25/09/2019 by condoning the delay of 935 days. The learned counsel for the respondents strongly opposed the application on the ground of huge delay. However, considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-A, B & C subject to cost of

2 931 ca 7023-24 Rs.1,500/- to be paid to the Registry of this court for utilization of Dispensary, High Court, Aurangabad within two weeks. 3.

Amendment be carried out within stipulated period and after deposit of cost.
