This is an application for grant of temporary bail on medical ground.

Perused the certificate dated 01.07.2025 of Dr. Dinesh Jagtap, who has advised laser fissurectomy. The surgery is scheduled on 09.07.2025. Applicant is advised to take rest for 8 to 10 days after the procedure.

In this view of the matter, we grant temporary bail for three weeks to the applicant.

The application stands disposed of.
