Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant, learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Advocate for the Respondent No.3.

The Applicant is praying for condonation of 49 days delay in preferring the First Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 24.11.2021 passed by the learned Tribunal under the Motor Vehicles Act.

According to learned Advocate for the Applicant, Applicant is the vehicle owner which was involved in the accident. He submits that excluding the period by which the period of limitation was extended by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India due to Covid-19 pandemic, there is delay of 49 days in preferring the Appeal and the

The Application is opposed by the learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. He submits that no sufficient grounds are mentioned in the Application.

Learned Advocate for the Respondent No.3 submits that appropriate orders be passed.

After hearing all the sides and considering the grounds raised in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and the same stands disposed off.
